Recipes made by chefs Iván Domínguez and Miguel Mosteiro.

The cook Iván Domínguez of the restaurant NADO and Miguel Mosteiro of GastrolabArousa, cook of the octopus of the festival in the last two years, made three recipes with the Mugardos style Octopus as a base. The quality of the product and processing was highlighted, the importance of the singularity of the recipe and therefore of the Festival that includes in its name that of the people "Mugardos style Octopus", during the event and at the end there was a dialogue between the attendees about cooking, party and tourist impulse of Mugardos.

We appreciate the assistance and the work done.

And we also take the opportunity to present the Poster of the XXX edition of the Mugardos style Octopus Festival, we continue working so that our Festival gets the declaration of National Tourist Interest.
